History

ALS International was established in Hong Kong in 2002 by joint Managing Directors Andrew Skinner and Anthony Lewis. 

Andrew and Anthony have over 35 years of recruitment expertise between them gained in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Asian recruitment markets. 

They operate independently of any outside interests and are motivated by the desire to exceed client and candidate expectations. 

They founded ALS International with a simple yet compelling vision: 

To operate a niche recruitment consultancy offering consummate professionalism and industry expertise whilst supporting the continued development of clients and candidates. 

Since its inception, ALS International has expanded its operations to provide a comprehensive Asian recruitment service managed and supported by offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing with expansion plans to include a Shanghai office in the near future. 

ALS International has a truly international reach and has successfully undertaken assignments in Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US.
